In terms of Section 3(3) of the FVPC Act, the Classification Office has given significant weighting to the extent and degree to which, and the manner in which, the publication depicts and describes sexual conduct of a degrading and demeaning nature. In addition the overall impact of the video recording is degrading and demeaning to women by the manner in which it presents women coming to orgasm and its close focus presentations of splayed labia with secretions pouring out of the women’s vaginas. The Classification Office finds that after consideration of the relevant criteria under section 3 of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classifications Act 1993, the video recording is classified objectionable.
