The Interim Consolidated Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance and its
accompanying schedules are produced by the Controller's Budget Office. Upon approval, this is
the document that is the legal authority for the City to spend funds during the fiscal year.
This document contains information on the sources and uses of selected City funds detailed
by department and by program. Additional schedules summarize selected City revenues and
expenditures by service area, department and fund. Please see the table of contents for a
complete list ofthe information contained in this document.
