The secrets of the universe are within you The Taoists have a saying that to die at 120 years is to die young. When you master the art of Chi Gung, not only will you add quality years to your life, but your life will become more magickal. Chi Gung is a book of magick unlike any you've seen before. There are no spells, incantations or exotic equipment. Instead you will find a variety of simple yet challenging exercises that allow you to open the secret power of the cosmos within you. By learning to coordinate your breathing with various postures and conscious awareness, you can increase your personal chi supply so that you can slow the aging process ... alter your metabolism ... heal yourself of minor ailments ... communicate with plants and animals ... move objects with your mind ... withstand cold, heat, and pain ... even read someone's spirit. Ultimately, you can manipulate chi without focusing on your breath or moving your muscles in specific patterns. In fact, eventually you can learn how to move and transmit chi instantly, anywhere and anytime, using only your mind. This book reveals the secrets of the universe. These secrets-known to mystics, magicians, witches, sorcerers and shamans throughout the ages-are so simple that anyone can learn them. Yet they are so powerful that seers and sages spend lifetimes to master them. In ancient China, knowledge of these secrets required payment of either a king's treasury or life itself. Your secret store of unlimited power is waiting to be opened. Unlock it today with Chi Gung. About the Author L. V. (Lily) Carnie has devoted her life to the study and daily practice of TwoSpirit (Berdache) shamanism and the ancient Chinese art of Chi Gung. She has found that these two esoteric disciplines have helped her realize her potential as both a healer and energy specialist. She lives her art in everything she does. Her expertise in Chi Gung comes from practicing the art on a daily basis while learning from a variety of teachers. In addition to Chi Gung, her interests include practicing a variety of indigenous esoteric magickal systems, as well as Tanzanian Drunken Chimpanzee-Style Kung Fu. She likes belly dancing, fencing, stunt kite flying, and sewing, and enjoys playing musical instruments such as the Celtic lap harp, fiddle, and penny whistle for the animals and plants living in wild places. She spends the majority of her time healing plants, animals, and people as she encounters them. She also teaches Chi Gung and Two-Spirit shamanism to anybody who is interested in learning.
