NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-03lTwo/Home-C12002. Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary and

expedient in the public interest to prohibit refusal to work in the essential services specified below;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers confened by sub-section (l ) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh
Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979 (No. l0 of 1979), the State Govemment,
hereby, prohibits refusal to work in the following essential services wittr effect llom 03-01-2017, namely :-
"Services ofall the StaffNurses appointed for all duties relating to the Medical ofColleges affiliated to Ayush
& Health Science University, Chhattisgarh."
