RE-NOTIFICATION
No. 1095/S & A Cell/2021.— In continuation with earlier notification no. 653/S & A Cell/2020 dated 15-01-2020
and in exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and
Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon’ble the Supreme Court
in its order dated 04-01-2007 passed in C. A. 1867/2006 (Malik Mazhar Sultan and Another V/s U. P. Public Service
Commission & Ors.), the High Court of Chhattisgarh re-notifies the vacancies for the year 2020 in respect of Senior Civil
Judge as under :-
a) Promotion in accordance with sub rule 2 of 23 posts
