No.F5-19/2016110-2.-ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(l)ofSection 4ofthelndian
Forest Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), the State Government, hereby, declares that it has been decided to constitute the
following land with Khasra Number and area as shown in columns (a) and (5) respectively of the Schedule mentioned
below and within such situation and limits as specified in column (6) of the said Schedule as "Reserved Forest" and
appoints the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kusmi Sub-Division to act as the Forest Settlement-Offtcer to inquire
