In pursuance of Principal Regulation, in order to adjust inflation during 2004 to 2019, Commission hereby substitutes regulation 6.1 of Principal Regulation as below: l. " Short title and commencement: 1.1 These regulations may be called the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Advisory Committee) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2020 1.2 These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Chhattisgarh Rajpatra. 2. Amendment to Regulation 6.1 of the Principal Regulations: Following regulation shall be substituted for regulation 6.1 6.1 Every members of the committee, other than ex-officio members and the special invitee, shall be entitled to a fee for each sitting as may be decided by the Commission from time to time.
