It is intended for users who seek much more detailed information than found in the Final Report and its distribution is much more limited. Copies have been distributed as follows: • San Francisco Department of Parking and Traffic • San Francisco Department of City Planning • Citizens' Advisory Task Force for the Central Freeway • San Francisco's Main Public Library • San Francisco County Transportation Authority • San Francisco Municipal Railway • California Department ofTransportation - District 4 • Wilbur Smith Associates - Prime Consultant for the Study VolumeIIissubdivided into two sections: Part Ais a compendium ofthe technical memos produced during the study, Part B reproduces much ofthe material used in the community outreach portion of the study. With the exception of Technical Memorandum #6, the Technical Memoranda are reproduced as they were when originally distributed to the Citizens' Advisory Task Force and the Technical Advisory Committee. In some cases information contained in the Final Report has been updated since thetechnical memorandawere published. Technical Memorandum #6onTrafficAnalysiswas updated in November, 1995 because of a large amount of new material generated after the memorandum was originally published.
