These rules are designed to protect the parade participants and viewers from damage, injury and liability. Any questions should be addressed with the Parade Committee. ASHVILLE 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION PARADE POLICIES 1. No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs will be permitted in 7.
