Votingeveryfewyearsiscertainlyoneexampleofraisingone'svoice,
butatOglethorpe,thevoicesofourfacultyandstudentsareheard
everyday.Inthepagesthatfollow,youwillhearthevariedvoices
ofmembersofourPoliticalSciencefaculty,Drs.KendraKingand
JosephKnippenberg.Thissemester,dozensofourstudentshavebe-
comeactivelyengagedinpolitics,localandnational.Theyhavebeen
passionatelyinvolvedinserviceprojectsatsuchplacesasGrantPark
andwithcommunitypartnersincludingDrewElementarySchool
andtheSouthAtlantaHighSchoolofLawandSocialJustice.And
onaverylocalfront,Oglethorpeembarkedthispastspringonan
institution-widestrategicplanningprocess.

collegegraduateswillholdadozenjobsin ournewmini-semesterinNewYorkisa
theirlifetime,manyofwhichdon'teven dynamicexampleofliberalteachingatits
existtoday.Theskillsthatwillbeinhigh best.Studentsinterestedinmusicwere
demandinthisneweconomyarecritical onceagainhostedthisfallattheAtlanta
