How to go to your page This eBook contains four volumes. In the printed version of the book, each volume is page-numbered separately. To avoid duplicate page numbers in the electronic version, we have inserted a volume number before the page number, separated by a hyphen. For example, to go to page 5 of Volume 1, type 1-5 in the "page #" box at the top of the screen and click "Go." To go to page 5 of Volume 2, type 2-5… and so forth. C. S. S. Lewis. As it was the case that I was almost literally heading out the door to Tanzania on a Fulbright-Hays Grant, we did not get to consider the project in much detail until the end of the summer when, with the help of my literary agent, Matt Jacobson, we cheerfully exchanged ideas with Suzanne that have led to the expansive volumesyounowholdinyourhands.Suzanneandallthecapableeditorsand reviewersatGreenwoodhavebeenterrifictoworkwith, andIamonceagain gratefultoMattJacobsonoftheLoyalArtsLiteraryAgencyforhisexpertise andwisecounsel.
