Seniors be¬ gan the countdown to the day they had waited for during their twelve years of ed¬ ucation. Graduation would send them out into the real world, either to further their education or begin working in their chosen field. Freshmen wondered what the next four years would bring for them. They learned the importance of hard work and trying to do their best. Students worked to reach their goals both in and out of the classroom. Athletes showed incredible dedication and relished in the benefits of their practices. As always the tradition of good sportsmanship gave the athletes something to be proud of. Livout bv: Tiff'am Runion Having fun sometimes proved to be a difficult thing to do, espe¬ cially with the work that was ex¬ pected from students. Fun, how¬ ever, was a necessary part of every student’s life. Many stu¬ dents saw that involvement in an extra-curricular activity dur¬ ing the week gave them time to spend with friends. Planning ac¬ tivities such as prom, Spirit Week, and musical production took up many after school hours. On the weekend, students spent time with their friends or worked jobs for extra spending money. Summer vacation sent students to new horizons. People vacationed with their families. NYC, sponsored by the Church of the Brethern, was a week long conference held in Colorado. Whether participating in an extra- curricular activity or doing something on their own time, we found OUR OWN WAY to have fun and be successful at the same time. -Tiffany Runion , rm Student Life Divider C Did y owe Api/ufr kluMb tUouglv? ‘‘I loved Spirit Week.
