The study was an ethnographic case study on two N BORN-AGAIN, MORALITY - A Pentecostal churches in Kitwe, Zambia. The study highlighted two G AND TRANSFORMATION aspects that could provide entry points for Pentecostal and A I charismatic reform of ‘cultures’ of corruption: the spiritual N , cosmology that regards spiritual experiences as personal and M _________________________ individual salvation and the Pentecostal and charismatic emphasis on O R the rebuilding of the individual. Y on Pentecostal Conceptualisation of Corruption A _________________________ N D Berry Muchemwa was born on June 5, 1969, in T R Harare, Zimbabwe. He grew up and did both A N his primary and secondary education in S F Chitungwiza, a town south-east of Harare. He O studied philosophy (1990–1992) and theology R M (1993–1996) at the Regional Major Seminary. A T I O He obtained an honours degree in religious studies from the N University of Zimbabwe (1996). After his ordination, he worked in several parishes in Harare before leaving for the Netherlands in 2004 to continue with his studies at Radboud University, Nijmegen (MA Intercultural Theology, cum laude, 2006). In 2008, he B obtained a certificate in religious formation from the Irish e r Missionary Union, Dublin, Ireland. Upon graduation he became an r y Anglican (2009) and a lecturer and Dean of Studies at St. John the M Evangelist Anglican Seminary in Kitwe, Zambia (2009–2017). He is u c h currently a priest and lecturer in practical/pastoral theology at the e m College of the Transfiguration, Makhanda (formerly w Grahamstown), South Africa.
