Bob started in the finance business in the 70s with Ford Motor Credit as a Collector. Working his way through the Collection and Credit departments, Bob became the Credit Analyst assigned to Galpin Ford, the largest Ford Dealer in the country. In 1985, Bob was one of 5 people chosen to open the first branch of Toyota Motor Credit (now Toyota Financial Services). After getting Toyota Motor Credit off to a strong start, Bob moved to Security Pacific/Bank of America where he was a Business Center Manager for Security Pacific Auto Finance, and then Vice President of Security Pacific Credit Corporation’s Specialized Finance unit and Bank of America’s Vendor Leasing unit. Bob moved to American Honda Finance Corporation where he ran a Regional Branch Office, and expanded it to handle Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. Moving into the Corporate Office as Manager of Corporate Operations, Bob was responsible for Risk, Compliance, Facilities, Telecommunications, Policy and Procedure, and Training. Prior to joining Solarmax, Bob was the Director of Credit and Collections for Dearden’s, a leading retailer to the Latino community in Southern California with over 60,000 active accounts. Mr. Adams has over 25 years of experience in technology related business development, sales, marketing and product development. Claudia Eyzaguirre Cofounder and CEO of PVComplete Claudia Eyzaguirre is equals part business strategist and solar evangelist. Prior to PVComplete, Ms. Eyzaguirre led a multi-million-dollar project to reduce California solar soft costs with the Center for Sustainable Energy. She worked with Governor′s Brown′s office on solar permitting standardization. She was lead author on the 2014 California Solar Permitting Guidebook. Claudia spent four years working on emerging solar markets in the US with Vote Solar. Ms. Eyzaguirre holds a bachelor of science from the University of California at Berkeley. Ted Flanigan President, EcoMotion-Sustainability Solutions Effective programs for unique communities, be they national, regional, state, city or even community, Ted Flanigan has been at the forefront of program design and evaluation for 25 years. For the New York Power Authority in the mid-1980s, Flanigan was instrumental in major relighting programs for MTA and the Port Authority. In the late 1990s, he directed the Energy Program at the prestigious Rocky Mountain Institute, later he was granted funds by the John D. and Catherine T. Mr. Hoffiz has over 25 years of financial market experience beginning his professional career in tax-based finance in Tokyo with Sanwa Bank, now part of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ. Dick has worked in the solar industry for 9 years. He began his career in solar managing State Level Policy and Government Relations for the largest solar manufacturer in the world. He has also held business development and sales roles in solar manufacturing, integration, and engineering firms. He has been the key account manager for high value customers including a multinational energy services company listed in the top 5 on the Fortune 500 list. He has worked on projects for customers ranging from the Denver Airport to Southern California Edison to Rutgers University. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Wesleyan University and, in 2007, he received a Master’s of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California, having focused on Sustainable Energy Policy. Prior to attending USC he was a Sustainable Energy Fellow at the Natural Resources Defense Council. L. Dennis Michael Mayor of Rancho Cucamonga Dennis was elected as Mayor for the City of Rancho Cucamonga in 2010 and again in 2014. Prior to being elected Mayor, he was first elected to City Council in 2004 and then again in 2008. During his career, Mayor Michael led the development of the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District as Fire Chief for 19 years, and guided the organization through the growth and development of a small town into a City of nearly 160,000 residents. He is actively involved in a number of regional and state boards and committees. Mr. Michael serves on the League of California Cities Statewide Board of Directors and recently was elected by that Board to serve as President this year. He is a past President of the League’s Inland Empire Division and in 2013; he was the recipient of their prestigious Thalman Award in recognition of his dedication to advancing the principles of local government. Mayor Michael also represents the City of Rancho Cucamonga on the San Bernardino County Associated Government’s (SANBAG) Board of Directors where he serves as the Board's past President, as well as being a member of SANBAG's General Policy, Metro Valley and Commuter Rail/Transit Committees. Dennis also serves on the Inland Empire Economic Partnership Board of Directors and the state's City, County School Partnership. George Minter Southern California Gas Co. Director of Policy and Environment George Minter is a public policy professional with 35 years’ experience in energy and environmental affairs, policy development, communications strategy, political advocacy, and community relations. For many years he was the director of public affairs for the Southern California Gas Company, the nation’s largest natural gas utility. He then served as managing principal for LA-based public affairs firms Greer/Dailey/Minter and GM Public Affairs, assisting corporate clients in developing public policy initiatives and managing strategic communications programs to ensure approvals of large land use and energy projects. He has re-joined the Gas Company, and currently serves as regional vice president of external affairs and environmental strategy for SoCalGas. He has served as a board member of several civic associations and community organizations and was one of the founders of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, a federal energy trade association and of the California CCS Coalition, a statewide advocacy organization. Andrew Noel Commercial Project Development, SolarCity Andrew is a Sr. Project Development Manager for SolarCity, focusing his work on public agencies throughout the western US. Andrew has 10 years of experience working in various aspects of the solar industry, and has focused on different market segments over this period. This experience has helped him shape the solar programs public entities are considering, both from the perspectives of technical feasibility, and project finance ability. Guiding a project down the right path to both achieve the customer's project goals and the developers financing goals are alignments that Andrew works to make early in the process.
