Agriculture.and.food.processing.are.integrated.disciplines,.with.the.lat- ter.having.its.roots.in.the.former..The.role.of.biotechnology.in.these.areas. reflects.the.true.picture.of.its.range.of.applications.from.“farm.to.fork.”.
