We received 90 good-quality submissions, from which 31 were selected for pre- sentation and inclusion in the proceedings, after peer-review by at least three inter- national experts in the area. The selected papers were included in the following sessions: Big Data Management, Stream Processing, Data Warehousing, Social Net- work Applications, Data Mining, and Big Data Applications. Majorcreditforthequalityofthetrackprogramgoestotheauthorswhosubmitted high-quality papers and the reviewers, who under relatively short time and deadlines completed the reviews. We thank all the authors who contributed the papers and the reviewers who selected very high quality papers.
