Volvic Touch of Fruit is celebrating the launch of its new
Peach & Raspberry flavoured water (available at Asda and
Morrisons for 85p) with a delicious DIY recipe you can
make at home: the Peachberry ice lolly. In a mixing bowl,
stir 6 tbsp of honey and 6 tbsp of fresh lemon juice with
500ml of Peach & Raspberry Volvic Touch of Fruit. Place
400g of fresh raspberries and 1 tin of peach slices into 6 ice
lolly moulds and pour the honey, lemon and Volvic mixture
into each mould leaving a 1/ cm gap at the top to allow for

expansion. Place the lollies in the freezer for 1 hr until the
mixture is solid enough to support a lolly stick. Push the
stick 3/ of the way into each mould and freeze for another

6-8 hrs until solid. Enjoy the mouth-watering flavour!
