Rabb is currently being held without bail in San Francisco County Jail, pending a motion to revoke his probation and remand him to state prison. Rabb was the subject of con¬ troversy last year after an August 23 mistrial when the jury dead¬ locked 9-3 on finding Rabb guilty of five felony counts of armed robbery.
