The contents are not presented in chronological order and may well have been transcribed from various sources as reflected by the marginal page citations which point to presently unknown sources. The entries encountered in Part B are distinct from those of Part A in that the grammar and script, as well as the content, reflect the very late 18th and the 19th Centuries. The generalized Table of Contents is unique to this transcription and does not fully reflect the diversity of the entries encountered in this part of the Record. // A TABLE OF CONTENTS Perambulation of the Barnstable - Yarmouth Town Line, 1803. 144 Perambulation of the Barnstable - Sandwich Town Line, 1826. 145 Perambulation of the Barnstable - Mashpee Town Line, 1803. 146 The boundary between Josiah Sampson's property and Mashpee Plantation, 1793. 147 Matters relating to the construction of the South Meeting House in the Phinney Neighborhood, 1796. 148 The sale of pews in the new South Meeting House, 1796 - 1798. 152 Miscellaneous sales of meeting house pews, 1799 - c. 1803. 166 Partition fence at Calves Pasture, 1803. 183 Miscellaneous sales of meeting house pews, c. 1804. 184 Pertaining to the school house at Lovell's Neighborhood, 1805. 187 Miscellaneous sales of meeting house pews, 1803 - 1813. 187 Marriages Solemnized by the Revd Enoch Pratt, 1807 - 1825. 194 Matters pertaining to partition fences, 1817: between Daniel Parker & Asa Nye. 203 . . . between Daniel Lovell & James LovelL 204 . . .
