Review

Highly Recommended for beginners!, April 14, 2014.....I always wanted to have a farm of my own. We have some land with cultivation. My fiance was someone always wanted me to be satisfied and he convinced me to start with some chicken. This was the first book I ever read regarding pet chickens.
All the things regarding the subject are well described here. It starts from why to start. All the chicken categories, their characteristics and what should you be aware of before starting the work are well explained. And problems that a beginner is about to face too are stated and so the book satisfied me and it made me really confident about starting the business.....Lora Hoffman

Very good guide, April 15, 2014.....I like the idea of having full control over what to eat and to have a cutting edge approach to doing it too. This book covers everything from A to Z on raising your backyard pet chickens. I was satisfied with the range of issues covered, indeed not a little thing was left unexplained and that definitely eased many of my worries. I definitely feel more confident now in starting my own chicken farm. Highly recommended!....John M
