The project’s permanent facilities would include service roads, a communication tower, communication cables, overhead and underground transmission lines, an electrical switching station, project substations, operations and maintenance facilities, and a gen-tie line to transmit electricity from the project substation on the Sunbow Site to the electrical switching station. An existing gen-tie line would transmit electricity from the electrical switching station to the electrical grid.
