None has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursî extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. [al-Baqarah: 02:255] *Recite this verse once in the morning. (Morning = After Fajr Salaah until sunrise. Remember this)* Benefit: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi after each Prescribed Salaah, nothing will be standing between him and Paradise except death.” [Narrated by Nasaa’i in al-Kubra (9848) and authenticated by al-Albani in Silsilah as-Saheehah (no. 972)] 2.) Abu Umaamah (May Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet ( )ﷺsaid: “Whoever recites Ayat ul-Kursi after each Prescribed Salaah, nothing will be standing between him and Paradise except death.” [Narrated by Nasaa’i in al-Kubra (9848), and authenticated by al-Albani in Silsilah as-Saheehah (no. 972). Ibn Hajr said it is Hasan Ghareeb in Nataa’ij ul-Afkaar: (2/294)] ________________________________________ 2.) Abdullah bin Khubayb (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “We became thirsty and it had become dark while we were waiting for the Messenger of Allah ( )ﷺto lead us in Prayer. Then when he came out, he took me by my hand and said: ‘Say’. I was silent. Then he ( )ﷺsaid again, ‘Say’, so I said, ‘What should I say?’ He said: ‘Say, He is Allah, who is One’ and the two Surahs of refuge (al-Falaq and an-Nas) when you enter upon the evening and the morning three times (each). They will suffice you against everything.” [Narrated by Abu Dawood (5082), and Tirmidhi (3575). Classified as Hasan by al-Albani in Sahih Abi Dawood] ii.) Uqbah bin ‘Aamir (May Allah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allah ( )ﷺhas commanded me to recite al-Mu’awidhaat at the end of every prayer.” [Narrated by Abu Dawood (1523), Tirmidhi (2903), Nasaa`i (1336) and Ahmad (17826), Authenticated by al-Albani in Sahih Abi Dawood] ________________________________________ 3.) Narrated Abu ‘Ayyash (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah ( )ﷺsaid: If anyone says in the morning: “There is none worthy of worship except for Allah, He is alone having no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise and He is Able to do all things”, he will have a reward equivalent to that for setting free a slave from among the descendants of Isma’il. He will have ten good deeds recorded for him, ten evil deeds deducted from him, advanced ten degrees, and will be guarded from the Devil until the evening. If he says them in the evening, he will have a similar recompense until the morning. [Narrated by Abu Dawood (5077). Authenticated by al-Albani in Sahih Abi Dawood] Another narration mentions ten times. The Messenger of Allah ( )ﷺsaid: Whoever says in the morning: “There is none worthy of worship except for Allah, He is alone having no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise and He is Able to do all things”, ten times, Allah Decrees for him for each time he says it: ten good deeds, an expiation for ten evil deeds, a raising of his rank by ten degrees. It will be as if he freed ten slaves (in reward), and it will be a protection for him from the beginning of the day until the end of the day. He will not do any action/deed on that day that will overcome him. If he says it in the evening, then the (reward) will be the same.
