This report includes: ¢¢the annual report of the Australian Federal Police prepared in accordance with the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 (Cth) and the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA) Act 2013 (Cth) ¢¢the annual report about authorities for assumed identities pursuant to section 15LD(1) of the Crimes Act 1914 (Cth) ¢¢the annual report on the National Witness Protection Program pursuant to section 30(2) of the Witness Protection Act 1994 (Cth). This report has been prepared in accordance with the relevant acts and the Requirements for Annual Reports for Departments, Executive Agencies and Other Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities. A copy of this report is to be presented to each House of Parliament on or before 31 October 2015. In accordance with section 10 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014, I hereby certify that the Australian Federal Police has prepared fraud risk assessments and fraud control plans, and has in place appropriate fraud prevention, detection, investigation and reporting mechanisms. The Australian Federal Police is also taking all reasonable measures to minimise the incidence of fraud in the agency and to investigate and recover the proceeds of fraud against the agency.
