ThelargeintestinechanneloftheHang-Yangmingstartsfromthetipoftheindexfinger.Runningupwardalongthe
radicalaspectoftheindexfinger,itpassesthroughtheinter-spaceofthefirstandsecondmetacarpalbones,and
ascendsalongthelateralanterioraspectoftheupperarmtothehighestpointoftheshoulder.Itthentravelsalong
theanteriorborderoftheacromion,thendescendstothesupraclavicularfossa.Fromthesupraclavicularfossait
travelsupwardtotheneckandtothecheek,thenitcurvesaroundtheupperlipandexitsatthecornerofthemouth,
whereitcrossestheoppositelargeintestinechanneloftheHand-Yangmingatthephiltrum.Itendsatthesideofthe
nose,whereisconnectswiththestomachchanneloftheFoot-Yangming.

theanteriorangleofthemandible.Thenittravelstotheposterioraspectofthemandibleascendinginfrontofthe
earandfollowingtheanteriorhairline,itreachestheforehead.Itthenrunsalongthethroatandentersthe
supraclavicularfossa.Thestraightlineofthechannelsseparatesthesupraclavicularfossaandrunsdownwardalong
themiddlemammillaryline.Ittravelstothesideoftheumbilicusanddescendstotheinguinalgroove.Running
downwardittravelsalongtheanterioraspectofthethighandreachestheknee.Fromthereiscontinuesfurtherdown
alongtheanteriorborderofthelateralaspectofthetibiatothedorsumofthefootandreachesthelateralsideofthe
