When I got the idea of gathering my previously published articles into a col-
lection, I mistakenly assumed it would be an easy project with little to no e›ort
involved, as they technically were already done. Well, we all know what can happen
with assumptions… I realized along the way that without the help offamily, friends
and colleagues, there was no way I could accomplish this task on my own, nor would
I even have this opportunity without the help and love of others along the way. So
my “thank yous” must begin.
