Tht! machine should be installed on a strong base to en•ure the machioe to have a
"''teady running and min imun vibration at high speed. If the four rubber !llats on the
(eet oC the sewing machine stand have a cood connection with ground. i.t results in
lower noise in operation.
1 :!1 Fitting oil pan:
Put tile oil rubber c~asbion:s (l) and oil pall felt cushiolls (3) separately on four
o.:oruers of notch of the table, fi:x them ...,ith the screw of oil PUI(!). then install the oil
p.'ln(-1). (Fig.l,2)
(3) Fitting machine head:
Put the machine bead connecting hooks (1) into ~e bed holes to engage
respectively two hinges (2) stated in the table, then place the machine on the four
cushions (3). (Fig.3)

when fittin~ winder. the winder wheel 1 should face the outside of belt 2. Between
winder wheel :tnd belt should have a certain clearance. If push down winder wheel
stand a. the windl!l' wheel should touch the belt. And when balance wheel running. the
bdt ('0111 make the winder wheel run together, then tighten screw <t to set t.he thread
winder on the table.

{5) Installing the belt cover: (Fig. 5)
After installing the bobbin winder, ic c.n be installed the belt cover.
Fix the balance wheel cover (1) on the ~~tachine head 'l'fith screw (2), then you may
install the belt cover, lid (3) on the belt cover, but you must be sure that the balance
wheel cover not bit the bobbin winder (4). After finishing this, fix the beh covel" (5) on
the collar with wooden screws (6). Note: the balance wheel cover can not hit the he\t
cover.

(3) Lubrications.
a. Information for lubrication; (Fig.?)
Before starting the machine, fill oil pan wit h
sewing machine (101 white oil) u p to HIGH mark A.
When you operate the machine after lnbrieatioa. you
will see splashing oil through oil eight window, Note
that the amount the splashing oil is u.nre)ated to the
amount of the lubrication oil, But if the oil level is
lower than LOW mark B, always refill th" oil. 1119 Fig.9
.. Note: New machine(or those who have not been
usedforalong time) must be operated at a •peed of 1500 .s.p.m oil and 011 for 10 minutes
at firu.
b. Adjusting the amount of oil supplied in the front of head(Fi g.8):
The amount of oil supplied in the oil rnervoir in the front of head caD be adjusted
l!y regulating valve of amount of oil(l): turn the resulating valve of amount of oil (1),
when dot A on the regulating valve is parallel to oil i.Dlet tube(2), the amount of oil is
maximun. when l'otating th<i! regulating valve, the a:mount of oi.l witt b~ ~:~duced
gntdually till the dot on the regulating valve is vertical to the oil inlet pipe, the oil
Row regulotor is closed.
c. Adjusting the oil of rotary hook {Plg 9)
White turing the adjusting screw on the lower shaft bush to •+". the amount of oil
will incrense; while turing the adjusting screw to "-" the amount of oil will decrease.
(4) Testing:
a. When m:ichine running, the balance wheel should be counter clockwise.
b. The mnchine can :not run without materials after threading.
c. At the beginning of operating, the s~ed of JD&chine can be over 2500spm. Only
after one or two months of running, the speed of the machine can be increased as per
nature of fab1·ics.
