new studentsfrom Howe and Washington High Schools.

Giris golffinishes another
record breaking seasonl
The Tech Girls GolfTeam finished a great season with
a 10-4 record. Leading the team were tri-captains,
seniors: Heather Harris, Megan Rasnick, and Debbie
Young. School records that fell to the girls golf team
were: Lowest team score (9 holes) - 195, Debbie
Young: lowest average - 49. lowest score (9 holes) -
1,
44, lowest score (18 holes) - 92, 8th in sectionals, first
qualifier—from Tech to go on to regionals, Jocelyn
Rasnick lowest puttingaverage - 1.95. Placing 1st as
a team in IPSAC and 3rd in city, were team anchors:
Debbie Young, Megan Rasnick, Jocelyn Rasnick,
Heather Schuth, and Beth Christenberry. Leading the
team was Megan Rasnick who placed 2nd individually
in city and overcame all to be IPSAC champion with a
score of 45.
