3.OriginalARROWLOCK®cylindercomponents,includingpintumblersandkeyblanks,shallbeused.Wereserve
therighttovoidthewarrantyifwedeemthatamalfunctionisaresultofnon-originalcomponentswhichdonot
conformtoARROWLOCK®standards.

AllbittingsshallbeoriginatedorauthorizedbytheARROWLOCK®KeySystemsDepartmenttobecompatiblewithone
another in a specific type of cylinder (conventional, security, high security, interchangeable core, removable core) and
withinaparticularkeyingsystem.
ARROWLOCK®willnotpayforthecostofrepairperformedotherthaninaccordancewiththiswarranty.
RefertoourReturnedGoodsPolicyregardingthereturnofaproductorcomponentpartbelievedtobedefectiveascovered
bythiswarranty.Abriefdescriptionofthedefectwillberequired.Productwillbeexamineduponreturn.Intheeventsuch
examinationrevealsadefectcoveredbythiswarranty,theproductwillberepairedorreplaced.
