Edina Strategic Plan Strategies The CITY of EDINA • Increase connections and access to natural areas and environmental resources. • Coordinate with Engineering Department to meet changing regulations and integrate into park master planning projects. • Partner with Engineering Department to identify opportunities to increase water quality throughout the city and identify opportunities to treat City stormwater on park property to benefit both. • Provide more active and passive recreation opportunities and educational efforts focused on water resources. • Create a plan for replacement of outdated facilities, including Arden Park shelter. • Replace old and inadequate playground equipment.
