It’s rare, to have an opportunity to meet personalities
who define themselves to the world and to the history.
Our students had that rare opportunity to meet the
national sports heroes when Shri. Vishwanathan
Anand, the Chess Grand Master, Shri. Sushil Kumar,
the wrestling champion and the silver medalist in the
2012 London Olympics, Shri. Yogeshwar Dutt, the
champion wrestler and bronze medalist in the 2012
London Olympics and Shri. Vijay Kumar, sport
shooter and the silver medalist in the 2012 London
Olympics, were in our campus.

SPORTS “Lighting up their path”
The school takes sports and fitness very
passionately in its curriculum. Early this
year, the goals were set and concrete action
plan for practice sessions were designed to
hone the skills of the students under the able
hands of our trained coaches. The heroic
success was huge in this academic year

Global Partnership Programme offered by British Council allowed our school to partner with Maesgwyn
Special School, South Wales, UK, to introduce Global Education in our curriculum. It was an yearlong
programme that provided grants for reciprocal visits and supported joint curriculum project works. Our
students also visited various European Countries as a part of Socio-Cultural Exchange Programme.
