Connect the po wer supply cable with required voltage. (2)The pr imary cable sho uld be connected to the correct socket to avoid oxidizaliorl. (3) Check whetherlhe vollage value varies in lhe given rang wjth a mulli-meter (4)lns erl the cable pl ug with weldjng clamp int0 1he ・+I"socket aHhe bottom oHhe front  panelo f the welding machine, and tighten itc lockwise. (5)lns ertthecablepJ ug with earth clamp into lhe ‘に" socket at the bott om of the frontpanel of the weldjng machine, and tighten jtc lockwise. The conneetion as mentloned above in 6.1(4)and 6.115)l s DC negative conneetion ・ Operator can choose DC positive connection according t o Workpiece metal and weldin9 『od. Generally, DC negalive connectlon i s recommended for alkallne weldlng rod, while no specialr lq uIrement佃「acid weldln9 rod. 6。20per ation me重hod (1)Aft er being ins lalled accordjng t o the above method , and lhe po wer swilch being      swilched on, t hemachinejsstarted withthepo werLEDlight onandthefanworkin9 ・ (2)Pay aUention to the p01arity when connecting, Generally ther e are two modes of connectjon for DC welding machine availabje: po sjtive connecljon and negative connection. Positive connection mode-connect work piece t o“+'I,and weldjng clamp     10 “,".Negative connection mode-connect work piece t o 'lj' , and welding clamp t o ‘'+". (5) Avoid ga s shielded ar c welding in en vironmentwith strong airflow・ 2. Safety Tip s Over-currentyover-voltageyover-healing pr otection circuit is installed in thi s machine. lf theinp ut voltage or the output current is t00 high or machine inside temperature over heating inside ,t he machine will stop automalically. However, excessive use (e.9.too high voltage)ofmachine may also damages machine, so plej se note: 2.1 Venlilalon High c urreni passes wtlen welding i s carried o ut, thus natL』『al ventilation can not saljsfy 酋le machinels cooling requirement. Good venlilation i s ofc ritical import ance for the normalperfomlance and serviceli紬of lhe machine。 2.2 Weldin9 0peraljon i s forbid while the machine is of overload. Rememberto observethe max toad.c urient al any moment ((efer量o lhe optioned d uty cycle). Make sure the lnp ut cable cf the machine is cut off f rom t he electricity befor e uncovering the weldlng machlne. 田 Check perjodically whether innercircujt connection is under900d condiiton(esp, plugs)・ Tjghten the loose conneciton. lf there i s oχidization,「 emove it with sandpaper and then 「econnect. (2) Keephands,hair and t001s away from lhe moving part s such as lhe fan to avoid per sona】 injury oGmachine damage・ (3) Clean the du st periodically with dry and clean compressed air. lf welding en vjronmenl wilh hea vy smoke.and poll ution, lhe machine should be cleaned daily. The pr essure of compressed air should be at a pr oper lever which in ordert o avoid ihe small parts in side  t he machine to be damaged. (4) Avoidrain.water and vaporinfilter the machine. IHhere i s, dry it and check lhe in suJation with a megger(incl uding that bet ween the connections and that bet ween the connection  andt hecase).0nlywhenther earenoabnormalphenomenaanymore,thenthemachine can be continually used. 15) Check periodically whether the ins ulatjon skin of all cable s are undergood condition. lf  there i s any dilapidat ion, erwrap it or replace it. Common Malfunction Analysis and Solutlon: Malfunctlon Phenomena Cause and SOlution Turn on the machine, the powerLEDljghtis off,the fan doesn't work, and no weldin90u(t1p)uCth.eckifthe powerswitch is closed.(2)Check if the powersupply the input cable connects is available. Tum on the maChine, the fan works , buttheoutput current is unstable and can't be controlled by potentiometer when weldin・g (1)TheCurrent potentiometer failS. Replaceit.(2)Check if any loose contact exiSts inside the  machine.lfany,reconnect. LED light is on.   Tum on the maChine, the power LED light is a)The machine is under over-heating     on,the fan works, but no welding output. (1)Check if any loose contact exists inside the  machine.(2)Open circuit or 100se contact occUrs atthe  joint of output terminal.(3)The overheating protection status.lt canrecover     automatically after the welding machine     is co01ed down.   b)Check if the thermal swjtch iS ok.     ReplaCejtifitiSdamaged. Malfunctlon Phenomena Cause and SOlution The welding clamp becomes veryhot.
