My name is Jamie “GoGetta” Garside and in the following guide I am going to open your eyes to the easy profit potential Fiverr has when it comes to offline businesses locally. Firstly, just to introduce myself a little more for anyone unaware, I have been working with local businesses for around 3 years now. I went full time with this only a week after I started. I took a week off from my rat race job back in 2008, and never went back to work. Over the past 3 years I have built my business steadily and also helped many other online marketers build their own offline consulting business too. You can get more details on this over on my offline blog here: www.offlinetreasuresecrets.com I enjoy creating products when I feel somebody can benefit from what I am doing. Being in the offline trenches (as I like to call it) myself, I know what works and what doesn’t. When I find some things that work, I test them, bring them into my own business, and if they prove profitable, I share them. That is a similar scenario as to why I am bringing you this particular guide today. Fiverr is a huge tool in my business and I am completely addicted to using it; I use it for lots of reasons for both my online marketing campaigns, and offline consulting business too. Whether it’s for professional voiceovers, graphic design, or SEO backlinks! I pretty much order at least a few gigs on a daily basis. So, you could say I am a Fiverr addict. It is just too prime and cheap not too! I am sure reading this; you have either used it yourself before, or at least considered it. 3 | P ag e Well, today, after reading this guide, I am pretty much certain, you will be straight over there excited to order gigs and get going. I am about to open up a world of opportunities and ideas. So, what is Offline Fiverr Arbitrage all about? Well, going back to the end of 2010, and up until this point today, I have been using Fiverr for lots of offline consulting jobs, services and offerings. I first started out with a few simple offerings, which you will learn about today, and then started to get creative with it. In some cases, in quite a big way! Now, I am not talking about the blatantly obvious stuff you can use Fiverr for within your offline business like backlinks. I am actually talking about actual services you can offer to offline businesses that come in the form of a Fiverr gig. So, you get paid $xx or $xxx and pay a Fiverr service provider $5 to do the job for you. It really doesn’t get any easier than this. What I am about to show you is multiple service offerings and packages you can offer local businesses. Some of these to follow have the power of becoming standalone businesses too if you want them to be! ; ) Every single person reading this right now has the knowledge to follow through with any of these. They are simple services, yet extremely profitable when taking action. What I am going to do is show you the types of service offerings I have carved out of Fiverr and how to go about offering this yourself. This is not just one opportunity to tap into the offline world with Fiverr, but FIVE different opportunities and services that you can take to the offline world and profit. I have offered all of these at some point over the past few months, some on a more regular basis than others, and some I have incorporated into different areas of my business as perfect upsells. The amount of potential profit in this guide to follow is staggering, and the best thing is, you practically do none of the actual work in most cases. 4 | P ag e So, in the following guide I am going to show you FIVE different profit streams you can use Fiverr for in the offline world that I have been tapping into. I am also going to show you potential gigs to use, as well as identifying your target market and taking action on this. I am sure in the following guide, my creativity with Fiverr gigs and offline businesses will really open your eyes to the potential, and at the same time get your creative juices flowing when it comes to running these out. Also included within the product is a comprehensive video showing you where you can actually generate clients for the following services, and how to go about doing it. Please read this guide first, and then watch the video, as it will make more sense this way! So, grab a drink, and enjoy Offline Fiverr Arbitrage. 5 | P ag e Offline Fiverr Arbitrage Offline Fiverr Arbitrage has been created to show you how simple it can be to generate profit selling online marketing services to offline business owners. It will also show you that you don’t have to just offer the usual services of Web Design and SEO; you can actually get creative with this and tap into many different areas and business niches with ease. Practically all of the work will be done for you by your Fiverr provider. All you need to do is find the clients and manage the work which is simple. I will explain my offerings and how the following opportunities and services can be offered, or if you would prefer, moulded into your current offerings. This guide is split into FIVE different service offerings, and with each one I will explain what it is, why it is beneficial to the offline business owner, as well as where to find your target market and clients. On top of this, and in the form of a bonus video, I will show you the best ways to go about getting these offers’ and services in front of potential clients too. So, if you are ready to get going, and the reason you bought this guide was to make money, I am going to give you all the guidance you need to do it! The service offerings I am going to show you can be offered as a standalone service to new clients and offline businesses, or as an add-on, enhancement or upsell to current services you offer. The idea with this guide is to show you exactly what I have done and offered, and give you plenty of ideas to mould your own service, upsell or offering from this. So, without further ado, let’s get started with this guide and get into the first service offering. 6 | P ag e Service One: Logo Design Logo design is big business, and one service nearly all offline businesses look for at some point. The target market for this comes in two ways. You have the brand new businesses on the search for a new brand, new logo, new business card etc. and then you have the older style businesses that need to rebrand there businesses more professionally. This service is all about “Logos” and building a service that not only beats any competition offering a similar thing, but also offers local business owners an opportunity to become more professional looking. A logo design service locally has the potential for great things, and this type of service can quite easily be offered nationally with little effort, opening up even more profit and potential. So, when it comes to Logo Design, what can we do, and how can we do it? Logo Design: The Offer Well, if you have ever looked at what branding companies locally and nationally charge for logo design, you would be quite shocked. Hundreds of dollars for simple logos is not uncommon, and I even found a local company near me using PPC charging over 2k for a logo design service. Yes, you heard right, this company was charging £2,000+ for logo design! Nothing else, JUST logo design! This is crazy! Within my business I have always factored in logo design, especially into brand new web design clients. When I saw what companies locally and nationally charged for logo design back in late 2010, I decided to test the water a little with a standalone logo design service. 7 | P ag e One blatantly obvious thing to me was that these logo design companies locally, especially the £2k price tag one, were cutting out a huge chunk of the local market. Small Local Businesses! When we talk about the offline consulting niche, we often hear the phrase “Mom and Pop” businesses. These types of businesses make up the majority of the local network of businesses! From sole traders/independent contractors, to the local clothes shop or dog grooming parlour! From my experience, there was no way any of these types of businesses would consider dropping 2k on a logo. Obviously just an example, as I am sure the 2k service I keep referencing is chasing a more corporate level of clients. Still, the prices for logos priced a lot of smaller businesses out of the market. Although, I did in fact notice that some of them were dropping a few hundred on logos, so I knew there was a demand. However, there were lots of businesses still without logos or any type of branding. Opening up the local city paper to the business advertising pages only confirmed what I thought. Lots of businesses with no logo or any type of branding! From plumbing to landscapers, and mobile hairdressers to beauty salons! Lots are advertising, but with no specific branding or logo! So, this is where my first “Fiverr” logo service was born. If you look in your local newspaper now and turn to the advertising section you will see the same. As online marketers we have the tools and opportunities to offer logo design at a price these types of business can afford, undercutting the market substantially, but profiting nicely on each sale. This is exactly what I did, and below is how you can do the same. 8 | P ag e So, what is it we offer here, and how? First off, let’s look more closely at the actual offer. With Logo design it is pretty straightforward as to what it is we will be offering. We are of course going to be offering logo design and using Fiverr providers to design our logos for us. Logos are a very important part of any business. Not only for branding reasons, but for professional reasons too! I know from my own experience where I have needed to use a service such as a plumber, and when searching for a provider, I am swayed more towards the companies that present themselves better and more professionally. I am sure you do the same! So, this is the angle to go for when promoting a logo design service which I will get into in a moment. The key to logos is that our offer is going to be for simple, yet professional logo design for small businesses at a price they can afford. This is simple, but if done properly, can generate easy profits. So, what would be the target market locally here? Our Target Market The target market here is local mom and pop style businesses and what I like to call “One Man Band” style businesses that could do with a great logo and brand, but do not want to be paying hundreds of dollars for the privilege. We can build a service and offering with online tools like Fiverr and our online expertise that they simply cannot refuse. We can then put this service right in front of the businesses this would appeal to very easily, as I will explain shortly. I am talking the types of businesses that you see in the local paper or online classified websites and have no branding at all, no logo, no professional design, just there name or company name. 9 | P ag e These types of businesses are advertising everywhere and they come in all types and sizes. In the past I have designed logos for local service providers such as plumbers and electricians, and I have also designed logos for local radio too, as well as events companies. There is not just one particular type of business that can benefit from a professional logo. All businesses can benefit from it, making our reach and potential client base here, absolutely HUGE! As I explained a little earlier too, and something you will notice a lot throughout this guide is that most of these services, if not all, could quite easily be scaled nationally. When you get to the video later which I talk about client generation and where to put yourself for possible clients, you will see that it is as easy to go national as it is to go local. In fact, it is probably easier to go national, or on a wider scale, due to more potential clients, and more potential eyes seeing our offer. Every service I mention in this guide I took national. Granted, my business has always been national, but these services are really easy to take national as you will see. So, when it comes to logos, we have a huge potential client base, and by using Fiverr as our provider and our marketing expertise we can offer logo design at a price that businesses locally can afford, no problem. Not only that, we will also be profiting nicely from each sale with very little work on our part. It really doesn’t get any simpler than this! So, logo design explained, and with our target market identified, before we can construct a service, we of course need to find providers that we can rely on to deliver for us, and this leads me to of course, Fiverr. Logo Fiverr Providers Now before we can offer a logo design service to a local business, we need to of course sort out how we are going to deliver the service, and this is where Fiverr comes in obviously. 10 | P a ge
