The complainant advised there was a small child in the middle of Broadway Avenue. While en route to the area, the complainant called back and advised that
the parents had gotten the child out of the street and took it back to 5701 Longwood Avenue. I responded to 5701 Longwood Avenue and spoke with Bryant
Dawson and Marniece Biggins. Marniece advised her three year old daughter, Maryea Dawson, wanted to go outside and spend time with Bryant and their
family dog. Maryea left the house without Marniece knowing. Bryant, who was walking the dog towards Five Star Car Audio noticed Maryea following him and
kept an eye on her the entire time. Maryea never entered Broadway Avenue and was being supervised by her father. Bryant and Marniece were warned and
advised of Child Endangering laws.

When I arrived to the area, there were no dogs barking. The complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, stated she lives with her mother who is ill. The
complainant is upset because the dogs bark when the owner lets them out to use the bathroom. The complainant stated the dogs are only let out during the day
time for periods of 20-30 minutes and do not cause a disturbance during the night. I spoke with the owner of the dogs and advised her of the complaint. The
owner of the dogs stated her neighbor (the complainant) complains about her dogs a lot. The owner of the dogs takes great strides as to not bother her neighbor
by only letting them outside to use the bathroom during certain hours. The owner of the dogs will do her best to quiet them down while they are outside.

Upon my arrival, I witnessed a male smoking in a tan Honda (HHR9230) (1G1JC524427246769). When I approached the vehicle, I smelled a strong odor of
burnt marijuana. The male, Jerrod Browder Jr., had smoke still coming from his mouth and nose. Jerrod admitted to smoking marijuana. A small amount (less
than 200 grams) of marijuana was collected from the ash tray of the vehicle. Jerrod was cited under citation number MA30659.

Unit 1 was proceeding eastbound on Granger Road near Prime Station, 14196 Granger Road. Unit 2 was traveling behind Unit 1. Unit 1 had to quickly stop to
avoid colliding with a vehicle that was turning into Prime Station. Unit 2 failed to assure clear distance and truck the rear of Unit 1. Unit 1 sustained minor
damage to the rear of the vehicle and Unit 2 sustained minor damage to the front of the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both parties exchanged the needed

was unable to reach anyone at the house. Tony Jr's relatives were texting and calling Tony Sr. stating Tony Jr. did not want to come home. Tony Sr. was able
to make contact with one of the females with Tony Jr. and began to talk with her about the situation. Tony Sr. believed he would be able to talk with the female
and negotiate an arrangement so he could pick Tony Jr. up. Tony Sr. was advised to contact the Maple Heights Police Department if he needed further
assistance. I eventually received a phone call from Ivy, Tony Jr's grandmother. Ivy stated Tony Jr. had been dropped off and was home safe.

On 4/1/18 at approximately 1922 hours, I, Ptl. Moore #538 responded to 20019 Gardenview Ave for a call regarding a Pitbull which just attacked the caller's dog
and almost attack her grandchildren. Upon arrival, I met with the caller, Ronnisha Bess. At that time, Ronnisha explained that she was outside the residence
with her two children, Aidan Bess (12/4/02) and Gabriella Bess (4/13/11). While outside, a brown and white Pitbull walked into the street from a residence
driveway on the south side of Gardenview Ave. The Pitbull lunged towards the group and grabbed onto a dog belonging to Stephanie Bess. Ronnisha then took
her children inside and notified Stephanie. The dogs were separated and the Pitbull ran into the backyard of a nearby residence. There were no visible marks or
injuries on Stephanie's dog. Officers searched for the Pitbull, but were unable to locate it. I was able to locate the owner of the Pitbull, Kimberly Bobbitt. Kimberly
stated that the dog ran out of the gate when someone walked through. Kimberly was given a citation for ORD 618.03- Animal at large (Citation # MA30889).
Kimber was then advised of the animal quarantine policy.

Upon my arrival to the area, the suspicious vehicle was unable to be located. The complainants, Lajoi and Frieda Wolf, stated when they returned home, they
witnessed a light colored Honda or Toyota SUV slow down and stop in front of their driveway. Neither Frieda nor Lajoi saw who occupied the vehicle, nor did
they get a license plate number from the vehicle. They believe they have been followed by multiple vehicles in the past two weeks, but again, they have been
unable to identify the drivers or retrieve license plates. In the past week, someone had opened their mail and stole approximately $250.00 worth of Chap Stick
and false eye lashes. Frieda and Lajoi believe all of these incidents have been occurring due to them filing a protection order against a female named Kayla
Reedus. Frieda and Lajoi asked that these incidents be documented by the Maple Heights Police Department. The females were advised to contact MHPD if
they see or hear any further suspicious activity.

On Sunday, 4/1/18, at 2248 hrs, I, Ptl. Carmine #535 was dispatched to the MHPD Lobby for a report of damage to a vehicle. Upon my arrival, I spoke with the
complainant, Dervin in Smalley, who stated he worked for Uber and when he went to 5115 Miller Ave. to pick up a female named Tabitha another vehicle pulled
up and a male exited the vehicle and approached his. Dervin stated when he tried to leave with Tabitha the male tried to punch his window and break it, but he
did not break the window and instead he scratched the side of his vehicle. Dervin was unable to see the male enough to identify him and stated he could only
see the other males license plate enough to make out the first number as a 1. Dervin stated the vehicle was a newer Buick that was red or maroon in color. I will
be attempting to make contact with Tabitha at the phone number he provided for her. If any further information is obtained regarding this incident, this sheet will
be updated at that time. I provided Dervin the complaint number for insurance purposes. AC535

On Monday April 2, 2018, at approximately 1139 hours, I, Ptl. Augustyn #536, was dispatched to Granite Road and Lee Road South for a report of a hit-skip.
Upon my arrival, I met with Randall Groetz, the operator of Indiana registration 2143063. He stated he was traveling eastbound on Granite Road when an older
model red pick-up made a wide turn from Sherwood Food and the front end of the vehicle struck the driver side of the victim's vehicle. The suspect vehicle lost
the lower portion of its front bumper. Sherwood Food has no cameras facing the area of the accident. Photographs of the damage were taken and attached to
the incident. No plate or driver description was obtained. The victim wanted the incident documented for insurance purposes. #536

MALE IN THE LOBBY TO REPORT THAT HIS GRANDCHILD'S FATHER KEEPS COMING OVER TO THE HOUSE AND SITTING IN THE STREET. THERE
IS NO CUSTODY AGREEMENT AT THIS TIME BUT THE MOTHER (COMP'S DAUGHTER) RAN OFF AND THE CHILD IS SAFEST WITH THE
GRANDPARENTS ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINANT.
The caller wanted the following documented. His 19 year old daughter is the mother of his 16 month old grandson. The daughter will go out with the baby and
not return until the morning. When she does return home, the baby has not been fed or changed. Recently he has convinced the daughter to leave the child at
his residence when she goes out, but he feels his daughter is an unfit mother. On 04-02-18, he contacted DCFS and explained the situation to them. They will
be investigating. On 04-02-18, the baby's father had arrived at the house, but stayed in his vehicle parked on the street for a few minutes. At this time the caller

On Monday April 2, 2018, I, Ptl. Augustyn #536, was dispatched to Hans Truck Repair (14520 Broadway Avenue) for a report of a MVA. Upon arrival, I spoke
with Ranvir Singh and Igor Vitor. Ranvir stated he was moving his truck (PWG7999) in the parking lot and the rear passenger side of his trailer struck the driver
side headlight of Igor's vehicle (PIU9703). Both parties exchanged information and will be notifying their insurance. Photographs were taken and attached to the

states Lorenzo continued to violate the TPO but Christina won't call the police due to her warrant. George refused to provide Christina and Lorenzo's information
however officers were able to figure out the parties he was referring too. George was advised that Christina needs to deal with her warrants and be a willing
