Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences offers an extensive range of plush holiday homes
including: Apartments, Premium Serviced Apartments, Junior Villas, Superior Villas, Elite
Junior Villas, Elite Superior Villas and Mythos Collection Villas.

Each individual property is unique in both its style and furnishings, whilst offering residents
accommodation on a 5-star Resort, with exceptional services and facilities, exclusivity and
privacy.

Location of the Properties
The Resort is situated on two plateaux (the Western Plateau and the Eastern Plateau) as it
is separated by a 300-metre-high ravine and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Aphrodite
Hills Holiday Residences’ properties are located across the Resort.

All Apartments, Premium Serviced Apartments and Junior Villas are located at the centre of
the resort within walking distance of the Village Square and all the facilities. Most Superior
Villas and Elite Villas are located on the Eastern Plateau, apart from a few, and boast
stunning views over the golf course, the Mediterranean Sea or surrounding landscape. Our
highest category, the Mythos Collection, offers the most opulent properties on resort which
are found in locations with the most breathtaking views on the entire Resort, some of which
offer truly spectacular panoramas over the Mediterranean Sea and off into a perfect
horizon.

Property Facilities
All Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences have fully equipped kitchens with appliances,
crockery, glassware and utensils and all living rooms feature a TV with international
channels. Additionally, all properties include an iron, ironing board, a hair dryer a washing
machine, full bed, bath and pool linen, and the majority also offer a dish washer. All
properties have access to private or communal swimming pools. Free Wi-Fi is available
throughout the entire Resort.

On-Resort Facilities
(subject to opening hours/days, seasonal demand, and COVID-19 Protocols)
The Village Square is in the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort and features the ‘Pantopoleio
Supermarket’ & Bakery, a varied selection of shops, numerous Bars & Restaurants
(including the Golf Clubhouse, a traditional Taverna, an Italian Restaurant and an Indian
Restaurant, a Pub & Bar, a Costa Coffee, a Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream Parlour, a Beer Garden
and a Kebab House). Other Resort facilities include the Holiday Residences Kids Club and
Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a
Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa. On site an ATM Cash Machine,
Medical Centre and a Pharmacy are available. Holiday Residences guests also have
exclusive access to the Guest Reception and Lounge area and its facilities.

Holiday Residences Reception & Guest Lounge

Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences has its own hub especially created for the
convenience of guests; prominently situated in the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort,
at the Village Square.

The prestigious new building serves as a second home for the Aphrodite Hills Holiday
Residences team, but also a welcoming place for our valuable guests.

Featuring a relaxing lounge and living area, the exclusive Holiday Residences building
offers a cosy and tranquil atmosphere, with earthy colours, tones and soft lighting. The
outdoor terrace offers views of the magnificent 18th hole of the PGA National, Cyprus
golf course and with a typical clear blue sky in the summer, it is the perfect place for one
to relax and enjoy an afternoon coffee. Available to our guests is the spacious Reception
area and the children’s soft play area. For guests who have a late departure there are
changing facilities and showers available on the lower level, as well as a secure luggage
room to store belongings if they wish, until departure time.

Apartments

Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residences’ Apartments can accommodate 2, 4 and 6 people
respectively. Each Apartment is individually and uniquely furnished and offers self-
catering facilities. Apartments have a variety of spectacular views including the
Mediterranean Sea, the golf course, the ravine, swimming pool or a combination of
these. The majority of ground-floor Apartments offer beautiful gardens, whilst
Apartments on the upper levels have spacious balconies. All Apartments can
accommodate 1 baby cot in each bedroom.

Guests have access to a communal pool, which is situated within the Village in which
their property is located. All Apartments are located on the Western Plauteu and in one
of the following complexes:
• Adonis Village
• Apollo Heights
• Helios Heights
• Theseus Village
• Zephyros Village

All of these Villages are situated within walking distance to the heart of Aphrodite Hills
Resort - the charming Village Square. This is particularly advantageous for those guests
who do not wish to rent a car, although this is recommended. Apartments are all located
approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort.

Premium Serviced Apartments

• 2-Bedroom Premium Serviced Apartments (approx. 103 m2)

The Premium Serviced Apartments make for a first-class accommodation option as
they offer spacious living areas and come fully equipped with modern amenities, brand
new fixtures and a lavish finish to match.

All properties are centrally located near the Village Square of the Aphrodite Hills Resort,
with immediate access to the Alexander Heights communal pools. The 2- and 3-
bedroom Premium Serviced Apartments can accommodate 4 and 6 people
respectively, and 1 baby cot in each bedroom.

The Premium Serviced Apartments are sold exclusively with full ‘Premium Services’
which include:

Junior Villas

• 2-Bedroom Junior Villas (approx. 120m2)
• 3-Bedroom Junior Villas (approx. 140m2)

2 and 3-bedroom Junior Villas can accommodate 4 and 6 people, respectively.
All Junior Villas can accommodate 1 baby cot in each room.
Junior Villas are available both with and without private swimming pools. Guests who
book a Junior Villa without a private pool have access to the communal pool of the
individual Village in which their Villa is located, with the exception of Hestiades Greens.
Some of the Junior Villas with a private pool have a pre-bookable pool heating option
available at an additional charge. The pool heating option is available from October

until May and with the correct heating in place the pools can reach a maximum
temperature of 25º - 26º Celsius.
Each Junior Villa is individually and uniquely furnished and offers self-catering facilities.
The properties have a variety of spectacular views, including the Mediterranean Sea,
Golf Course, Ravine, Resort landscape or a combination of all these.

Junior Villas are situated within one of the following Villages at Aphrodite Hills
Resort:
• Adonis Village
• Apollo Heights
• Hestiades Greens
• Theseus Village
• Zephyros Village

All of these Villages are situated within walking distance to the heart of Aphrodite Hills
Resort - the charming Village Square. This is particularly advantageous for those guests,
who do not wish to rent a car. Junior Villas are located approximately 10 minutes
walking distance from the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. However, families with
small children may still wish to hire a car for their convenience.

Superior Villas

• 2-Bedroom Superior Villas

Superior Villas (approx 200 - 350m2)

There are 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom options of Superior Villas, which can accommodate
4, 6, 8 and 10 people respectively. All Superior Villas can accommodate 1 baby cot in
each room.

Superior Villas differ from Junior Villas, in that they are detached and offer a large
private pool and garden. The properties are constructed on an average plot size of
approximately 1500m2 . Some of the Superior Villas with a private pool have a pre-
bookable pool heating option available at an additional charge. The pool heating option
is available from October until May (Excluding December – February) and with the
correct heating in place the pools can reach a maximum temperature of 25º - 26º
Celsius.

Each Superior Villa is individually and uniquely furnished and offers self-catering
facilities. The Villas have a variety of spectacular views including those of the
Mediterranean Sea, Golf Course, Ravine, Resort landscape or a combination of these.

The Superior Villas are situated throughout the Resort, some being located within
walking distance of the charming Village Square. The majority of the Superior Villas are
located on the Resort’s Eastern Plateau. It is essential that guests rent a car for the
enjoyment of their stay.

Elite Villas

Our Elite Villas at Aphrodite Hills offer an unrivalled standard of opulence compared to
other fine high-end accommodation. As far as a 5-star Villa goes, it does not get much

better than these spacious, beautifully furnished properties situated either in the heart of
the Resort or private set on the Eastern plateau.

The Elite Villas are a hand-picked selection of the ‘most outstanding’ Junior or Superior
Villas at Aphrodite Hills Resort in terms of location, quality, special features, furnishings, a
heated pool facility and several with extra amenities such as a Jacuzzi or sauna, coupled
with a variety of exclusive ‘Added Value Services’. At sizes ranging between 250-650m2,
these unique Elite properties are available for complete guest enjoyment, boasting
intimate and truly sumptuous accommodation like no other.
