• Oracle APEX 5.1 was released on Dec 12th, 2016
• Followed by quarterly patch releases:
– APEX 5.1.1 March 2017, APEX 5.1.2 June 2017, APEX 5.1.3 Sept 2017, APEX 5.1.4 Dec 2018
• Upcoming release: Oracle APEX 18.1 (formerly APEX 5.2)
– apex.oracle.com was upgraded to APEX 18.1 on April 20th
– Final release date: stay tuned
– Quarterly patches: APEX 18.1.1, APEX 18.1.2, …. – sequential numbering, not based on quarter
– Next major release: APEX 19.1
– Number after first dot will be used for intra-annual Developer / Cloud releases in the future
