Levesque Levesque, a residentofAllenstown for25years, spenta good dealof herlife in service to the citizens ofAllenstown, the State, and even the NewEnglandarea. Locally, Doris served 10years on Tri-Town Ambulance, 6 ofthen in the office ofSecretary. Doris served many years on the Allenstown Board ofAdjustment, (Zoning Board), as well as the Planning Boardand the Budget Committee. She was also a memberofthe Allenstown CommunityDevelopment Committee. Beyond ourborders, Doris was a memberofthe New Hampshire Reinvestment Project, a memberand Chairperson ofthe NewEngland Council forManufactured Housing Residents, and a memberofthe U.S. DepartmentofHousing & Urban Development (HUD) Title 1 Housing Task Force. Even with allofherotheractivities and responsibilities, Doris Levesque remained an active memberand staunch supporterofthe New Hampshire Mobile Home Owners and Tenants Association (MOTA), which she andherlate husbandAL help to organize.
