Their generous support and service to the public through education, legislation, communication and community service is valuable. The Hatfield Firefighters Association provides community outreach to the seniors by assisting them with replacing batteries for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Among some ofthe programs they offer are demonstrations and awareness offire safety to the school department and senior citizens.
