SANDOWN NEW HAMPSHIRE ANNUAL REPORTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1993 . On the cover cf this year's Annual R.eport are the Disposal , Area custodians (1-r they are Charles Cooper, Norman Bassett, Joseph Berthiaume. Rose Rivers and Jim Rivers). Several of the custodians are missing from the photo (Bob Bragg and Les Rivers) The Selectmen felt that these town employees should . be honored this year for their hard work especially during the harsh weather that we have experienced recently. For the last several years, Joe and his crew have improved the services at the Disposal Area at the same time coming in under budget every year We feel that all town employees and volunteers should be honored for their efforts and, especially, their community spirit for without it a town like Sandown can not function with pride.
