To chooseallTown Officesforthe ensuingyearby officialbal- lot.Thepollswill openat 11:00a.m. and closeat9:00 p.m., and thebusiness meetingwill commenceat7:00p.m. ARTICLE2. To see if the Town will authorize a two percent discount on propertytaxes ifpaidwithinthirtydays ofthe date ofthebill. ARTICLE 3. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseandappropriatethesum of Five Thousand One Hundred dollars ($5,100) to provide pro- gramming in the Gazebo on the Hebron Common for fiscal year2003. We,theundersignedaspropertyownersandvoters ofHebron, herebypetitionthe Selectmentoraiseandappropriatethesum ofTwenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000) to pave Brookside Lane. ^This is a special Warrant Article. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseandappropriatethesum of TwentyThousanddollars ($20,000)togrind,gravel,andrepave Cooper Roadfromthebridge to Brookside Lane. *This is a special Warrant Article. To see ifthe Town will vote to create a Non-Capital Reserve Fund entitled Emergency Contingency Fund (per RSA35:l-c) and raise and appropriatethe sum ofFiveThousand dollarsto fund it. We,theundersignedaspropertyownersandvoters ofHebron, hereby petitionthe Selectmento increasetheveterans exemp- tionfromthepresent$50to 100,asallowedunderRSA72:28a. Thismustbevotedbyballot. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseandappropriatethesumof $15,000.00 forthe purchase ofradios forthe Hazardous Miti- gation Committee and authorize the Selectmen to withdraw $7,500.00fromthe Communications Fund. (Recommended bytheSelectmen) ARTICLE 13. We,theundersignedaspropertyownersandvotersofHebron, herebypetitiontheSelectmentodiscontinuetheserviceofplow- ingprivateroads and driveways. ARTICLE 14. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseandappropriatethesumof FiveHundredTwenty-NineThousandTwoHundredSixty-eight dollars ($529,268) to defray charges forthe ensuingyear.
