Tochooseall necessaryTown Officers for theyearensuing. 2. To raisesuchsumsofmoneyas maybenecessarytodefraytowncharges for the ensuingyearand makeappropriations ofthesame. 3. To see ifthe Town will allowa 2% discount on all property taxes paid within 30days ofmailing tax bill. 4. Tosee ifthe Townwill raise S100.00 forcivil defense. 5. To see ifthe Townwill raise and appropriate S8,250.00 for solidwaste disposal (use ofFryeburgdump). 6. To see if the Townwill raiseand appropriate S295.43 for membership dues to the North County Council, Inc. 7. To see ifthe Town will raise and appropriate $1,000.00 for the Town's shareoftheexpenses ofthe Mount Washington Valley Economic Council. 8. a. ToseeiftheTownwill raiseandappropriateS1,060.20asourshareof Fryeburg Rescue. b. To see ifthe Townwill raiseandappropriate $650.00payable to the Fryeburg Rescue so that the Fryeburg Rescue may invest this money in an interestbearingaccount, thesefundsaresolely tobeusedtowardthepurchase ofa new rescuevehicle. 9. Tosee iftheTown will raise andappropriate S300.00 forthe supportof the Eastern Slope Airport Authority. 10. To see ifthe Town will raise and appropriate S314.00 to assist Carroll County Mental Health Services. 11. Tosee iftheTown will raiseand appropriate S600.00 forthesupportof : the Children and Youth ProjectoftheMount Washington Valley. 12. ToseeiftheTownwillraiseandappropriateS218.00forthesupportof the Family Health Center. 13. To see ifthe Town will raise and appropriate S289.44 for the Visiting Nurse ServiceofNorthern Carroll County, Inc. 14. a. ToseeiftheTownwillraiseandappropriate S200.00forthesupport ofthe CommunityAction Outreach Program. b. Tosee iftheTownwillraiseandappropriate S200.00forthesupport oftheBigBrother/BigSisterOrganizationadministeredalsobytheTri-County CommunityAction Program. 15. Tosee iftheTownwill raiseand appropriateS100.00 in supportofthe Lovell Youth Recreation Program. 16. ToseeiftheTownwillraiseandappropriatethesumofS250.00todefray theoperatingexpensesoftheservicesand programs ascarried out by theMt. Washington ValleyChapterofthe American Red Cross. 18. a. To see ifthe Townwill raise and appropriate S2,118.00for the Saco Valley Fire Association. b. To see ifthe Townwill raise and appropriate the sum ofS5,000.00 payable to the Saco Valley Fire Association so that the Saco Valley Fire Association may investthismoney inan interest bearingaccount, thesefunds to be usedsolely toward the purchaseofa replacement fire truck. 19. a. To see iftheTownwill adopt the followingaccording to RSA41:1 "shallweadopttheprovisionsoftheStateFireCodeinitsentiretyandwithany future amendments,amendmentsadopted onlyaftervoteat theannual town meeting byan article in thewarrant calling forsuch action?" b. To see if the Town will adopt the following: "shall we adopt the provisions of RSA 154:5 which authorizes any town or city to appoint a fire chief?" 20. Tosee iftheTownwillauthorizetheSelectmen to transferanysuchreal estateacquired bytheTownasa resultofa taxdeedas providedin RSA80:80. Such transfer to be by Public Auction, sealed bids or in a manner thatjustice may require. 21. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate S3000.00 to create an expendable trust fund under the provisions ofRSA 31:19 in which both the principal and the interest may be expended for Municipal Solid Waste Dis- posal. 22. ToseewhatactiontheTownwill takeonbudgetsubmittalofthebudget committee. 23. Totransactanyotherbusinessthatmaylegallycomebeforethismeeting.
