Voters arefurthernotified to meet atthe Londonderry High School on Saturday, March 13, 1999, at nine o'clockinthe morningto discuss, amend and actupon articles, the proposed Fiscal Year 1999/2000 budget and all other matters to come before the meeting. ARTICLENO. 1 [ELECTIONOFOFFICERS] To choose all necessaryTownOfficersfortheensuingyear, oruntil another is chosen orappointed and qualified. ARTICLENO. 2 [MAMMOTHROADSEWERPROJECT] To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,200,000) forthepurposeofconstructing the MammothRoad Sewerproject or anything pertaining thereto. Said sum is to be raised by the issuance ofserial bonds ornotes not to exceed FOURMILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,200,000) underand in compliance with the provisions ofthe Municipal Finance Act (NH Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 33) and to authorize the Town Councilto issueand negotiate suchbondsornotes, to determine the rate(s) ofinterest thereon and to take suchotheractions asmaybenecessaryto effect the issuance, negotiation, sale and delivery ofsuchbonds or notes as shall be in the best interest ofthe Town ofLondonderry, and to authorize the Town Council to accept any funds from the State ofNewHampshire, the Federal Government, and private sources, as maybecome available, and pass any vote relating thereto.
