To the Inhabitants oftheTown ofEaton in theCounty ofCarroll in said State, qualifiedtovoteinTownAffairs: YouareherebynotifiedtomeetattheEvansMemorialBuilding(TownHall) inthe TownofEaton,CountyofCarrollonTuesdaytheeighthdayMarch, 1994ateleven o'clockinthemwningtoactuponthefollowingsubjectshereinaftersetforth.Thepolls shallop&nfwballotingat11:00AM,otassoonthereafterastheModeratecallsthe meeting to ordo" and declares a quorum present Voting on Article 1 (election of officers)andArticle2(zoningamendments)shallbebyofficialballotTheremaining articlesonthewarrantshallbeacteduponateighto'clockintheevening. Article#1. TochooseallnecessaryTownOfficersfortheyearensuing. Article#2. ToseeiftheTownisinfavorofadoptingsix(6)amendmentstotheTownofEaton 2toningOrdinanceof1973. Article#3. Toraisesuchsumsofmoneythatmaybenecessarytodefraytownchargesforthe ensuing year and make apim)priations of the same; including executive, election, registrationandvitalstatistics,financialadministration,revaluationofi»X)perty,legal expense,personneladministration,planningandzoning,genialgovernmentbuild- ing,cemeteries,insurance,advertisingandregionalassociations,fire,buildinginspec- tion,highwaysandstreets,streetlighting,solidwastedisposal,pestcontrol,welfare, paiksandrecreaticMi,interestonTAN,andcapitalreservefunds. Article#4. ShalltheTown accepttheprovisicm ofRSA 33:7 providing thatany town atan annualmeetingmayadoptanarticleauthorizingindefinitely,untilspecificrescission ofsuchauthority,theselectmentoissuetaxanticipationnotes. Article#5. Shall theTown authorizethe selectmen to transfertax liens orto sellreal estate acquired in default of redemption by tax collector's deed by sealed bid or public auction,pursuanttoRSA80:42.Thisauthorizationshallremainineffectindefinitely untilrescinded. Article#6. ShalltheTownaccepttheprovisicHisofRSA31:95-bprovidingthatanytownatan annualmeetingmayadoptanarticleauthorizingindefinitely,untilspecificrescission ofsuchauthority,theselectmentoapplyfor,acceptandexpend,withoutfiirtheraction bythetownmeeting,unanticipatedmoneyfix)mastate,federalotothCTgovernmental unitoraprivatesourcewhichbecomesavailableduringthefiscalyear. Article#7. ToseeiftheTownofEatonwillvotetodesignateasascenicroadthesectionof StewartRoadfromSnowvillageInntoitsjunctionwiththeFossMountainRd.,from therealongtheFossMountainRoadtoitsjunctionwiththeWillisBeanRoadandfrom therealong theWillisBeanRoadtoitsjuncticm with thePeddlarsEndRoad (RSA 231:157-158). The Town shall designate the Planning Board to implement the provisionsoftheaboveRSA's. AgreeabletoapetitionsignedbyRobertDJ.Donahueandothers. Article#8. We, the following landholders: RichardEichhom, Vincent Malloy, Thomas N. Lane,ColleenE.McCormack-LaneandWilliamBufalinowishtopetitiontheTown ofEaton,withthe"dedication"ofourroad,knownasaMcCormackLane-FireLane 37E - pursuanttoRSA229:1 to theTownofEaton asaClassVroad. Theroadis approximately600feetinlength,witha150footturnaroundotcul-de-sac.Theroad was passed and approved on January 18, 1988,by theEaton Planning Board. The reviewoftheroadwascompletedbyElwynThurston,RoadAgent,DonPhilbrick, Richard Young, and Eugene Kleinmeier as Selectmen. Upon acceptance of this petition,wewilldeedtotheTownofEaton,theroadknownasMcCormackLane. AgreeabletoapetitionbyColleenMcCormack-Laneandothers. Article#9. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseand^>prcpiatethesumof$1,500fcffthepurpose ofincreasingthesalaryofthethreeSelectmento$2,000. RecommendedbytheBoardofSelectmen. Article#10. ToseeiftheTownwillraiseand£^ropriatethesumof$200forthesupportofthe EasternSlopeAirportAuthority. AgreeabletoapetitionbyRichardW.Brackettandothers. NotrecommendedbytheBoardofSelectmoi. Article#11. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoraiseandj^ropriatethesumof$495.00insupport
