New Hampshire TOWN WARRANT THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE TotheinhabitantsoftheTownofJacksoninthecountyofCarrollinsaidstate, qualifiedto vote in Town affairs: YouareherebynotifiedtomeetattheTownHallinsaidJacksononTuesday,the 13th ofMarch, next at seven p. m. ofthe clock in the eveningto act on the followingsubjects: 1. To choose all the necessary Town Officers forthe ensuingyear. Polls will open at 8:00 A.M. and close at 3:00 p. m. 1 Selectman for 3 years 1 Auditor for 1 year 1 Trustee ofTrustFundsfor 3 years 1LibraryTrusteefor 3 years 1 Trustee ofCemeteries for 3 years 2. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoadoptAmendmentNo. 1asproposedand recommended by theJackson PlanningBoard to amend Section 2. APPLICATIONSANDNON-CONFORMINGUSES(B.3)permitting changeto anon-conformingstructure...providingthatthechangedoes not make the structure more non-conforming in any way. 3. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoadoptAmendmentNo.2asproposedand recommended by theJacksonPlanningBoardto amend Section 2. APPLICATIONSANDNON-CONFORMINGUSES (B.4). Anon- conforminguse may be enlarged within the boundaries ofthe lot it occupied at the time this ordinance took effect, providingthat the expansion conforms with all other aspects ofthe zoningordinance. 4. ToseeiftheTownwillvotetoadoptAmendmentNo. 3 asproposedand recommendbytheJacksonPlanningBoardtoamendSection5.RIVER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (B) "The 75 feet shall be measured horizontally from the nearest bank ofsuch stream or body ofwater." 5. To see iftheTown willvoteto adoptAmendment #4 asproposedand recommended by theJackson PlanningBoardto amend Section 12 PERSONAL WIRELESS SERVICE ORDINANCE (6.A) deleting unnecessary and unreasonable expense. To see ifthe Town willvoteto adopt Amendment #5 asproposedand recommended by theJackson PlanningBoardto amend Section ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT (B.3) addingIn the eventthat 30daysisdeterminedbytheselectmentobeinsufficient,the timeperiodmaybeextendedbytheselectmenforanadditional30days. 7. To see iftheTown willvoteto adopt Amendment #6 asproposedand recommended by theJackson PlanningBoardto amend Section 13. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT (B.8) replacing "24 hours" with prior notice . Articles #1, #2, #3, M, #5, #6, #7 will be voted on by ballot during regularpollinghours. 8.
