Along with years of local government expertise, Carol also brought with her a sunny, sweet personality and an eagerness to help the townspeople. Carol is often called upon to explain what to the average person may seem to be a bewildering process of regulations, permits and requirements in her role ofAssessing Clerk & Planning Assistant. She accomplishes this frequently difficult task with patience, understanding and kindness. Her very complete knowledge ofher work and commitment to outstanding customer service are assets to the constituents she serves. We therefore recognize Carol Cullen as the Employee ofthe Year for her professionalism, dedication and untiring efforts toward the betterment of our Town.
