Stroll along outdoor nature trails and enjoy global shopping in the Museum Store. Special programs bring the museum alive; call or write for dates a nd times. Memberships are available. Open: Monday-Saturday 10-5; Sunday 1 -5. Discovery Room Open: Wednesday-Sunday 1 -4. Closed: Mondays September-May, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day and New Years Day. Admission is charged; discounts for seniors, AAA members, and scheduled groups. Strollers and wheelchairs available.
