As a reflection of these contributions to the vista of knowledge of Annals, this volume both maintains and expands the journal’s comprehensive subject index available at <www.elsevier. com/locate/annals>. Five new subjects were introduced: Discourse; Humor; Power; Slavery; and Stamp. The expansion of knowledge on existing subjects encompasses the following: Knowledge, sociology of; Representation, politics of; Social, tourism; Theory, neoliberalism, self determination, and social memory; and Tour, virtual. As a geographi- cal region, *‘Nordic’’ was introduced under “‘Europe’’.
