Please make any additional comments in relation to question 3: Answered 6 Skipped 3 Responses We have a specific customer group within a broad attendance so fair is as good as it can be so no reflection on the congress. We find that the delegates do not come round to the exhibits. Most of our contacts were people I had already seen at previous conferences. Hardly any new contacts made. Did not see many people of the right target area for Testosterone deficiency is only managed by a small group of urology specialists compared to continence for exmple so it was as expected Main contacts for one of our product ranges. (cid:13) Re question #2. unfortunately could not answer fully as the office were responsible for pre event communications etc. I think some of the points raised at the exhibitor meeting would be good for next year e.g. colour coding delegate badges etc Q5. I have selected no, as day 1 it felt "rushed" at breaks. But day 2 (post gala dinner) the delegates didn't engage with the stands the same as day 1, which could possibly be due to "night before" and that many were leaving by lunchtime on day 2. There didn't seem to be as much footfall in this meeting compared to Liverpool Lunch breaks need to be longer and/or longer tea/coffee breaks Q6. To pay for a stand costs thousands of pounds and the return of information has recently been getting worse. Recently we have been asked to pay an additional cost for an app to get the information we require. Surely this should be included in the cost of the stand! see previous answers I would say it is "on a par" with last years event. As an exhibitor the footfall is most important to us. As such, the lower footfall in Glasgow compared to Liverpool was unfortunate. Q10. At this point are you likely to attend the BAUN Conference in 2018?
