ORDER :
In the G.O. 1s4t read above , Government have fixed the remuneration and
other perks to the Chairman and all the Member Directors of Welfare Corporations
in the following manner :

2 . In the G.o.2nd read above , Government have fixed the remuneration and
other perks to the Chairman and all the Member Directors of Profit making
Corporations in the following manner :
(a ) Total Emoluments to the Chairman will be Rs.65,000 /- (C ost to the
Government ) per month (i nclusive of all components ).
(b ) Total Emoluments to every Member Director will be Rs.14,000 /
(C ost to the Government ) per month (i nclusive of all components )
3 . In the GOs 1st and 2nd read above , other allowances such as vehicle
allowance and Office Subordinate allowances have not been provided to the
appointed dignitaries .
4 . In the U.O. Note 3rd read above , all the Departments have been requested to
provide a Chamber to the Chairman , in their Office premises and to allot 1 (O ne )
Private Secretary and 1 (O ne ) Office Subordinate from their available Staff .
5 . It has been brought to the notice of the Government that , the appointed
dignitaries have been requesting to provide one vehicle or vehicle allowance and
the facility of providing office subordinate for smooth running of their offices .
6 . Keeping in view of the requisitions received from the appointed dignitaries ,
Government have allowed to draw Rs.65,000 /- per month as vehicle allowance in
lieu of vehicle and Rs.12,000 /- per month as Office Subordinate allowance , in the
GO 6th read above .
77 . In the Go 6th read above , the provision to draw Rs.65,000 /- per month as
vehicle allowance to every Chairman (P rofit making & Welfare Corporations )
allowed and it is clarified that it is in addition to total emoluments to the Chairman ,
only if they have not been provided with Government vehicle by the administrative
department /H ead of the Department .

9 . These orders shall come into force with effect from the date of issue of the
G.O.Ms.No.149 ,G .A (P oll.A ) Dept. , Dt :2 7.12.2021 .
10 . All the Departments are requested to take necessary action in the matter
accordingly .
