ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner , Panchayat Raj &
Rural Development , A.P. , Tadepalli , Guntur District in the letters 2nd and
4th read above , Government , after careful examination of the matter , hereby
accord permission to the Commissioner ,P anchayat Raj & Rural Development ,
AP , Tadepalli to effect the transfer of Sri A.P.Josyulu , Panchayat Secretary
Grade -I I, Timmayapalem Gram Panchayat , Vinukonda Mandal , Guntur
District to Prakasam District on health and spouse grounds , in relaxation
of orders on ban on transfer of Employees imposed in G.Os. 1st read above .
2 . The individual is not eligible for TTA / TA and joining time etc. , as the
transfer is allowed based on the request of the individual .
3 . The Commissioner ,P anchayat Raj & Rural Development ,A .P. ,T adepalli
shall take necessary action accordingly .
4 . This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (H R -I - Plg . &
Policy )D epartment ,v ide their U.O.No.HROPDPP (T RPO )/ 1 43 /2 021 (C omputer
No.1435437 ).
