DE-NOTIFICATION OF NADIKUDI GRAM PANCHAYAT AND DACHEPALLI GRAM
PANCHAYAT IN GUNTUR DISTRICT FOR CONSTITUTION OF DACHEPALLI
NAGAR PANCHAYAT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (f) of sub-section (2) of
section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Act 13 of 1994),
the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby cancel the notification, in which the
areas of Nadikudi and Dachepalli, are declared as Gram Panchayats, with
immediate effect in order to constitute Dachepalli Nagarapanchayat in Guntur
District.
